Let’s get down to the basics first.
A trigger what is it?
Simply put it is any phase, person, event, or experience that touches you and causes you to emotionally react. So a certain friend can be your trigger for example, and the emotional reaction you have towards this friend is your response. In this episode, I will be going into detail and sharing some secrets of how you can best deal with this.

This is what is known as an empty cup. In today’s modern world, the demands from the media, technology, and fast-growing economic changes can put so much pressure on you.
You can feel as if you are expected to do so much in a short space of time, which leaves you with very little room to stop and take a moment to be present. The trouble is if you keep blindly listening to demands and continue to ignore your inner guides, It could lead to symptoms like burnout, depression, or even health issues. The truth is not everything is a priority, you are just one person and sometimes you have to make yourself a priority.
